It can happen sometimes that your browser keeps in memory some files to avoid to download them again; therefore, you might have problems viewing the platform if your browser has in memory obsolete files. So, first of all, try cleaning your browser's cache.

Use a modern and updated browser

Please note that most areas of this platform use cutting-edge web technologies; therefore, it is much recommendable using a modern and updated browser. If you have display problems, try opening the site with a different browser; we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Disable browser extensions

It can sometimes happen that some browser extensions interfere with web applications, creating malfunctions. You can exclude this option with a simple test, by deactivating the extensions of your browser or by browsing the site in private mode. In fact, private browsing disables browser extensions only for the current browsing session.
